The Compensation Structure

    Gateway’s daily productivity bonus is a performance-based incentive designed to reward our stylists for their efficiency. It allows team members to increase their hourly earnings by meeting specific service benchmarks during their shift.

  • Retail Bonus



    Gateway’s weekly retail bonus is a performance-based incentive designed to reward stylists for product sales. We offer a sliding percentage boost where the percentage increases as you sell more.

  • Immediate Tip Income



    Gateway stylist’s receive immediate tip income which is designed to provide our employees with “cash-in-hand speed and financial flexibility. This allows our stylist’s to have funds for expenses like groceries, gas, or daily childcare.

  • Paid training

    Gateway offers a paid training program designed to help stylists of all experience levels-from recent graduates to seasoned pros-transition into their salons with confidence. This allows our stylist to learn with no out of pocket expenses.
